CoinAgenda to be held on Oct. 25, 26; VIP dinner at Mike Tyson Mansion

BitAngels, the world’s largest angel network for investing in bitcoin companies, has announced that its bi-annual event, CoinAgenda, the first conference dedicated to bitcoin and cryptocurrency investors, for the year 2016 will be held on Tuesday, October 25 and Wednesday, October 26 at Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.
A pre-conference, mini-hackathon and opening cocktail party for the event will take place on Monday, October 24.
There will also be a BitAngels breakfast on Tuesday morning available as a stand-alone event, and a VIP dinner on October 25 at the Mike Tyson Mansion, the estate that was used in the filming of the movie “The Hangover.”
The conference will feature presentations by companies, keynotes and sessions on cryptocurrency investments along with segments on mining and company investment, said an email CoinReport received.
Confirmed speakers include Bill Shihara, CEO of Bittrex; Paul Puey, CEO of Airbitz, Marshall Long, chief gaming officer, eBoost; Kevin Barnes, founder, Blocksafe; Jeremy Gardner, co-founder, Augur; Margaux Avedisian, VP/Blockchain, Transform Group; Jim Blasko, partner, bCommerceLabs; Dimitry Machikhin, co-founder, RunCPA; Brian Santos, co-founder, eSpend; Amanda B. Johnson, Dash:Detailed; and leading cryptocurrency traders and analysts, including George Samman, Brad Smith, and Tone Vays. More speakers, including keynotes, will be announced shortly.
Past speakers have included Brock Pierce, chairman of the Bitcoin Foundation; Matt Roszak, managing director of Chicago-based fund Tally Partners and Charles Allen, CEO of BitcoinShop.
Bitcoin expert Michael Terpin, who is also chairman and co-founder of BitAngels, will organize CoinAgenda. In 2014, the conference, which was held at the Palms Casino and Resort in Las Vegas, had more than 200 attendees.
