CoinAgenda announces winners of startup competition
CoinAgenda, the bi-annual bitcoin and cryptocurrency investors conference, announced in an email sent to CoinReport winners of its 2016 conference’s startup competition.
Convened in Las Vegas last week, CoinAgenda this time around hosted a startup competition to exhibit innovative developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries.
The winners announced in all the different categories are:
Best Pre-Crowdsale Token: GoPayWin (GoCoin)
Best Trading Token: GameCredits
Best Startup: CakeCodes
Best Ramp Up: Airbitz
Rising Star: CakeCodes
Best of Show: Airbitz
Each of the 17 competing startups delivered a 20-minute presentation to industry investors and leaders, including Intellisys Capital and Clearstone Venture Partners. Finalists received an honorary plaque and introductions for one-on-one meetings with venture investors who attended CoinAgenda. Moreover, the winning presentations will be shared within bitcoin and blockchain angel investor group BitAngels.
A one-day CoinAgenda Summit will be the next CoinAgenda event taking place the day before the opening of CES. Michael Terpin, the founder of CoinAgenda, will be speaking at the official CES Blockchain Breakfast, part of the CES Digital Money Forum. The summit will take place in Las Vegas on January 4 next year. Exact details of the summit will be announced shortly.
